Payment & Deposit Policy

At the time of booking, an e-transfer deposit is required to hold the reservation. We take a twenty (20) percent deposit to hold the reservation.

For general cancellations, we require a minimum 45-day notice in order to cancel the reservation and receive your deposit back.

For cancellations made less than 45-days in advance, the deposit is non-refundable.

All guests can check into their suite any time after 2pm. The checkout time is at 11am.

Guests have the ability to self-check in upon arrival. A code to access the room will be given prior to their arrival to access the reserved suite.

Payment is required in full before the code is sent to access the suite.
